Mold, shredded insulation, no vapor barrier, etc. etc. I got quotes from six different mold remediation companies and Mark's was clearly the best--offering to do more for less. I'm happy I did, because Mark did fantastic work and got it done fast. He removed a ton of insulation and debris, treated for mold, installed a vapor barrier, repaired screens, and installed a new dehumidifier. He was a pleasure to work with.
